Most of my focus at the moment is on writing and editing the two new books I’m currently working on, Poor Table Manners (ie Dawson&Lucy#3) and Three Years Ago. More news onj those as the year unfolds.
However, the wonderful Portsmouth Authors Collective, run by the even more wonderful Loree Westron is busy organising book events and there are others in the offing as well down here in lovely Hampshire. The Collective (which sounds a bit Soviet-era but is much friendlier than that) also now has its own website (yes, I’m on it), https://portsmouthauthors.wordpress.com/
Current events at which you will find me:
Portsmouth BookFest 2023: Saturday 25th February, the Portsmouth Authors Collective will be appearing at BookFest, with a 3-hour session at the Central Library promoting local author books. Participating authors will have the opportunity to do a 5-minute presentation in which they can talk about their latest book, read a passage from their book or talk more generally about their writing. Presentations will be followed by a one-hour window where books will be available for purchase by audience members. There will only be time for a maximum of 22 authors to present, so please contact me soon if you want to be one of them.
Lee Hub Independent Community Library: On Saturday 13th May 2023. I will have a pitch at this, 14 High St, Lee-on-the-Solent PO13 9BZ
